The Food of My Culture Brainstorm

The food I will be describing is Chow Min.  My uncle Jerry would always make it at family gatherings on my moms side (since she is chinese).  I would always hear the array of vegetables and charsiu sizzling in the frying pan.   The smell of sesame oil and oyster sauce mixing in with the noodles wafting out the kitchen.  After all was done and it was ready to go you could see everyone drooling at the sight of It.  It would some how disappear in a few bites.  I'm going to interview my mom since she has the recipe for it.
